Kurt Holmes

With almost four decades of experience, Kurt Holmes is a seasoned attorney. Kurt, a native Wichitan, attended Pittsburg State University before studying law at Washburn University. Since obtaining admission to the Kansas Bar in 1983, Kurt has become well respected by his peers in two distinct areas of law: landlord/tenant matters and collection law. Kurt is routinely asked to speak to groups around the Sedgwick County area to educate their members about landlord/tenant and collection laws. Throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic, Kurt routinely advised others about his practice areas. Kurt values his relationships with his clients and takes pride in making himself easily accessible to ensure clients have a good customer experience with an efficient solution to their legal issues.
 
When not in the office, Kurt enjoys his time outdoors and with his family.
